Eight homes, one shared green.
Instead of eight fenced boxes, the plots face a shared green with a single play lawn and retained hedgerows. Each house gets a private garden behind and a community in front — a layout buyers immediately understood, with all eight reserved off-plan.
Timber-frame construction with brick outer skins kept the program fast and the thermal performance excellent.
Challenge & approach
Phased living, zero chaos.
The first families moved in while the last plots were still rising. We ran the site as two sealed zones with separate access, so early residents never shared a gate with a concrete lorry.
