Yes. After survey and design freeze we sign a fixed lump-sum price. If you change the scope, we price the change in writing before doing it — the original price never drifts.
How do payments work?+
Stage payments tied to visible milestones — foundations, weathertight, first fix, handover. You never pay for work you can't see.
What if my project doesn't fit a package?+
Most don't fit perfectly, and that's fine. The packages are starting points — your survey visit ends with a bespoke fixed quote for your exact scope.
Do you charge for quotes?+
Visits and quotes are free within our service area. Full design-and-feasibility studies for Landmark projects are quoted separately and credited back if you build with us.
