Can we stay in the house during the work?–
Usually yes. We seal off work zones, keep water and power running, and agree quiet hours up front. For full rewires or structural work we'll tell you honestly if moving out is wiser.
How do you handle dust and mess?+
Zip-wall barriers, negative-air filtration on bigger jobs, and a broom-clean site every evening. It's part of the quote, not an extra.
Do you manage permits and inspections?+
Yes — building regulations, party-wall notices and inspections are all handled by our office team and included in your schedule.
